My new tent got its first pitching this afternoon. Yellow isn’t the most discreet colour for wild camping, which I’ll be doing a fair bit of in southern Europe and Africa. The tent is however more spacious than its predecessor, and comes with lots of mesh on the inside for stargazing on clear nights. I’m not sure I want to be camping when it rains heavily in Africa.
