Travelling by bicycle has long felt like the ultimate way to see the world. Over the past two decades I’ve cycled in 95+ countries, covering more than 175,000 km by bicycle . My trips are self-supported and rarely follow a set route. I love the simplicity and freedom of travelling by bike; immersing myself in the places I pass through at the speed I choose.

The lines on the map below trace the rough route of my bike travels. There are still many places I hope to explore, including the Americas. All in good time.
