Photography has always been important on my cycling adventures. I’ve used various cameras over the years, from larger SLRs to compact cameras, and in more recent years just my smartphone. When I realised the latter neither matched the quality I wanted nor photographic experience of looking through a viewfinder and composing a picture, I started using mirrorless cameras, which are smaller and more compact than SLRs, but provide a superior image quality to compacts and smartphones.

At the time of writing I’m using a Sony A6400 and carry an 18-135mm zoom lens, as well as a 16mm prime lens. Clicking on one of the photos here connects to an album of photos from that country. The most recent of photos may not be catalogued here yet in my flickr account. More recent images can be found through my Instagram account.
